About

One weekend every October for 51 years, Chicagoans have flocked to experience the private historic homes of Pullman.

South Side residents of this iconic neighborhood (home to Chicago’s first National Park Service unit) graciously welcome visitors into their incredible 140+ year old landmark houses.

During the 51st Annual Historic Pullman House Tour, discover a wide array of structures and homes, from executive mansions to cozy wide worker cottages, multi-unit apartments, and so much more. All of them offer unique charm unlike anything you’ve ever experienced in Chicago - or anywhere.

Don’t miss this chance to see these cherished homes that effortlessly blend past and present.

Half of the net proceeds from House Tour fund the Pullman Civic Organization’s Historic Facade Matching Grant program for homeowners in the district.
